How much will shipping cost?

Great news! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 (pre-tax) or more in the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. And there's no code or coupon needed - free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. For international orders and domestic orders less than $50, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Which carrier do you use?

We proudly use the United States Postal Service for all domestic orders. International carriers vary by country. We will provide information about the carrier along with any available tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

I've placed my order. How do I know when it's on the way?

We strive to ship orders in 24-48 hours after they are placed. You will receive a email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with you purchase, please notify us via email at northtosomerled@gmail.com for further instructions.

We only accept returns for unworn, unused, and unaltered merchandise. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping postage.

  • If items are returned in the first 60 days after the date of purchase: a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
  • If items are returned more than 60 days after the date of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

Exceptions:

  • No earrings maybe returned due to hygiene restrictions.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged/Defected

All items are packaged with care. Any items received defective or damaged must be accompanied by a photo and description of defect within seven days of purchase via email at northtosomerled at gmail dot com.
